Thank you so much for your interest in our services—we’re thrilled at the opportunity to welcome you into the Paw Mania family!
If we’re able to accommodate your request, you’ll receive an email invitation from Pet Pocketbook, our scheduling and communication platform. You can download the Pet Pocketbook app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. This tool makes managing communications, appointment requests, invoices, and pet updates seamless and efficient.
To get started, please complete your pet profile in full, paying special attention to your pet’s personality, routine, and care needs. A thorough profile helps our team provide the best care possible. Before your meet and greet, we’ll schedule a phone call to review your profile and gather any missing information.
Once your profile is complete, you’re welcome to submit a request for a meet and greet for your desired service. These are typically conducted weekdays between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, unless you are seeking weekend dog walking services.
For dog walking services, please indicate your preferred days and timeframes in the message section once logged into the app. This helps us match you with a walker that best fits your schedule and needs. While we do assign a primary dog walker, Paw Mania operates as a team—so in the event of a scheduling conflict or emergency, another trusted team member may step in with little to no notice. Our priority is ensuring reliable, uninterrupted service within your requested timeframes.
We review and approve new service requests on a weekly basis, so please be sure to submit all inquiries by Saturday at 5:00 PM for the upcoming week.

Send your pet’s vaccination records, rabies certificate, and Jersey City dog license to:

• For All Services:
Purchase a lockbox and make 1–2 copies of your house key to place inside. One key will be used by our team, and the second serves as a backup. To prevent jamming, please avoid attaching large or bulky keychains.
